This short work was written, at the request of Isabelle Spiers, my previous editor, to pay tribute to Dominique Daguet, poet and founder of the journal Cahiers Bleus. I played it in the first audition during the private party organized on the occasion of the publication of an anthology of poems by this author entitled De l'obscur à l'aurore (1954-2009), Cahier bleus – ZurfluH● editor.

My music is imprinted with the spirit of one of his poems taken from the Instants notebook (1962-1972) and transcribes, beyond the words, my reading impressions. Disillusioned, vexed and melancholy... Beyond the literal meaning of this poem written following a breakup, it is the metaphysical scope of it that held me back. "A real revolt vis-à-vis our human condition" deeply agitates Dominique Daguet, "tempered by astonishment and love".

Words, words...

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ nothing:

wind on the sand.

so little wind

         _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ (barely a breath)

so little sand

         _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ (a dust)

We don't have time to wait anymore

that finally it makes a beach.
