Conference/training
From the genesis of the work to its realization
Musical writing - from its order to its performance in concert - is not unrelated to the objectives of a company.
The values that companies currently want to see illustrated are the following (non-exhaustive list):
- solidarity,
- loyalty,
- determination in the face of doubt,
- courage in the face of failure,
- tenacity,
- pride,
- commitment,
- team spirit,
- the ability to manage a team to lead it to success.
Aware that my listeners in training are not there to write a scholarly work but to experience the act of creation and draw from it a source of inspiration for their personal and professional life, I use my work methodology, intimately linked to my aesthetic conception of artistic creation (innovation/research) as a psychology of life, of human communication as well as of the management of stress and crises of existence.
Thus, man is captive to his certainties, his problems or his destiny. But by metaphor, in the same way that choices and decisions always controlled by listening to oneself (inner ear) guide "step-by-step" writing and allow " to change 'altitude to find currents that will make the work in progress change direction ', human beings can rise psychologically or spiritually to become responsible for the direction of their existence again.
The training sessions/meetings will deal, for example, with motivation and the spirit of adventure, the psychology of communication and teamwork, stress management, leaping into the unknown as a sine qua non of act of creating, crisis situations, the gap between the idea and its realization, illustrated by musical examples but also drawn from other disciplines, artistic or not : dance, painting, philosophy, science, poetry.
The conference/meeting is provided by the composer alone, but a musical work only exists through its performers, the presence of one or more instrumentalists makes it possible to give musical examples live, more alive than by recording. These will be able, within the framework of a moment of work by modules (for example of improvisation), to ensure the support of a group.
